In InDesign, if you want to see the Glyphs, it's TYPE > GLYPHS. In modern versions, the alternates pop up as well.

Deciding fonts 2019 Bath Fringe Guide Day One (Part 2)
Grandstander (https://www.dafont.com/grandstander.font) wins!! Not only is it free to use, although I will make a donation to the creator, but it has a very complete Glyph set. The large Glyph set means that there shouldn't be an issue with not having the correct character.
